Service Description

What does this class entail? This class is designed for mums who are sick and tired of being unable to jump, run and lift! The programme has been carefully designed with our experienced personal trainer Martin & our award winning women's health physiotherapist Emily to ensure it is safe and effective! Who is it for? Any mums from 12 weeks post vaginal birth and 16 weeks post caesarean birth (we recommend the postnatal pilates first to give you the best start). It is never too late to start this class either - even if your youngest is 10! WARNING! An intense programme designed for those truly committed! With only small group numbers, monthly education sessions with our award winning Women's health physio, weekly information and check ins plus 10% off all Women's health physiotherapy appointments (Including The Mummy MOT) - this programme will get you going and confident in your tummy, caesarean scar and pelvic floor in no time!

Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If you provide less than 24hours notice, then 50% of your appointment charge will be required. If you give less than 1 hour or do not show then the full charge will be taken. Exceptions are taken for changes of medical reasons that mean you can no longer participate safely.
