Pilates for back pain

Research has shown pilates is the BEST way to make long term benefits to your back pain.

I first visited Emily on a physio basis relating to a issue with my back and after a couple of sessions it was all sorted! Since then I have been taking part in Emily’s Pilates sessions and they really are fab! Emily is professional, has a fab knowledge base and really makes you feel welcome Don’t hesitate to join in it’s great fun! Thank you Emily x

What to expect

What is pilates?

Pilates is a great form of exercise designed to help improve core strength, control and flexibility. There is a lot of research to show the benefits of pilates for injury recovery such as back pain and injury prevention.

How many people in the class?

We have mixed gender class with no more than 10 people. Everyone is welcome from beginners to intermediates!

What do I wear?

We work in our socks or bare feet. Please wear anything you feel comfortable exercising in. 

​

Who is running the class?

Our wonderful teacher Tracie is running our Pilates with back pain class.
