What you need to know

When is the class run?

Tuesdays 11:15am at the Wellbeing Hub

How long is the class?

45 minute class for 6 weeks 

What's involved?

There will be squats, lunges, weights, trampettes but all used when appropriate to progress you when you're ready. You'll also receive weekly information emails and an exercise programme to complete at home to complement your session. 

Who is the class for?

ANY mum (no matter how old your little one is).

We wanted to create a course to empower women to get back to exercise! Whether your issue is bladder leakage, diastasis (tummy gap), post caesarean recovery - this class is designed for YOU!

Can I bring my baby?

Absolutely! We just ask you to bring anything your child would like to entertain themselves with. (We hold no responsibility for the welfare of your child during the session.)
