What to expect
What is pilates?
Pilates is a great form of exercise designed to help improve core strength, control and flexibility. There is a lot of research to show the benefits of pilates for injury recovery such as back pain and injury prevention.

How many people in the class?
We have mixed gender class with no more than 10 people. This class is specifically for people who have done pilates before and are looking to continue to challenge themselves in a fun way!

What do I wear?
We work in our socks or bare feet. Please wear anything you feel comfortable exercising in.

How much does it cost?
Our wonderful teacher Tracie is running our Pilates with back pain class.
