Postnatal Pilates

The best way to get back to exercise in a safe and effective way after childbirth

I highly recommend.
I took some 1:1 Pilates classes with Tracie who taught me how to exercise correctly to strengthen my neck and avoid headaches. I also had some physiotherapy sessions with Emily which helped a lot. I will be coming back regularly.

What to expect

What is pilates?

Pilates is a great form of exercise designed to help improve core strength, control and flexibility. There is a lot of research to show the benefits of pilates for injury recovery such as back pain and injury prevention.

Why have private pilates?

You'll have a highly experienced teacher working on your own individual goals and rehabilitation aims.

What do I wear?

We work in our socks or bare feet. Please wear anything you feel comfortable exercising in.

How much does it cost?

We offer PAYG sessions and membership options to get a discount on the sessions. Our PAYG sessions are charged at £35 for 30 minutes, £40 for 45 minutes and £45 for 60 minutes
