What to expect

What is pilates?

Pilates is a great form of exercise designed to help improve core strength, control and flexibility. There is a lot of research to show the benefits of pilates for injury recovery such as back pain and injury prevention.

How many people in the class?

We have small classes of 4-6 people for our chair pilates class. â€‹â€‹

​

What do I wear?

We work in pilates socks or bare feet. Please wear anything you feel comfortable exercising in.

Who is running the class?

Our wonderful teacher Tracie is running our chair pilates class
