What happens in a session

Your session will be hosted by Emily, our founder who has supported hundreds of people to improve their health - all backed by science! She'll chat through your goals, your concerns, your limitations to accessing support and discuss with you a bespoke plan to get you back on track. She will recommend services both from the Wellbeing hub, to the NHS to other amazing local providers, online resources and more!

Meet our Founder

About

Emily Lavine

Emily brings a wealth of expertise and passion to every consultation, helping clients of all backgrounds achieve their health and fitness goals. A qualified physiotherapist since 2014, she went on to complete a Master’s in Sports Medicine, Exercise & Health in 2021. Her career includes working with elite athletes in premiership football, semi-professional rugby, and the military, as well as supporting Commonwealth and Paralympic medallists. Her dedication to women’s health led her to develop specialised postnatal rehabilitation programs, earning her industry recognition, including the Best Antenatal Physiotherapy Award for the South of England. Today, Emily works with a wide range of clients—from athletes to older adults—using her expertise to create tailored wellbeing plans that empower individuals to take control of their health.
