beginners Pilates

Pilates is a great way to strengthen your core, improve your flexibility and give you a moment of relaxation in a busy week!

I have been working with Emily for the last 6 weeks in her beginners Pilates class. Emily is a great teacher who explains step by step what to do. I have certainly improved my techniques and enjoy attending the class every week. I have noticed a difference in my posture and my back pain has improved massively.

What to expect

What is pilates?

Pilates is a great form of exercise designed to help improve core strength, control and flexibility. There is a lot of research to show the benefits of pilates for injury recovery such as back pain and injury prevention.

How many people in the class?

We have mixed gender class with no more than 10 people. This class is specifically for people who haven't done pilates before or would like a refresher. 

​​

What do I wear?

We work in our socks or bare feet. Please wear anything you feel comfortable exercising in. 

​

How much does it cost?

Our wonderful teacher Tracie is running our Pilates with back pain class.
