Pilates is a great way to strengthen your core, improve your flexibility and give you a moment of relaxation in a busy week!
Recently attended a circuits class which I was initially apprehensive about. No need, as the class was great and had a great work out. Thanks for the encouragement. Will be back.
What to expect
What is circuits class?
Circuits class is a fantastic way to get fitter and have a full body workout without comparison to others. It is multiple different exercises set out - each completed in a certain time before moving to the next. Each person is doing something different so you work at your own pace.

How many people in the class?
We have a maximum of 6 people in the class.

What do I wear?
Please wear anything you feel comfortable exercising in and some good trainers.
